Go Coast Guard
As you know, Ron retired from the Coast Guard. On Monday, Nistassa became the newest Coast Guard family member.
We went to see her swear in. I got most of the oath on video. Tuesday she left for bootcamp in New Jersey. She’ll be there until mid-September if all goes according to plan!

I personally enjoy watching the guy in the back row, to the right of Nistassa -in the white t-shirt. He doesn’t repeat anything that he is supposed to… and mouths it a couple of places… Sure looks like he is excited to get started with boot camp! He was NOT a Coast Guard recruit for the record.
I wholeheartedly admit this isn’t my finest videography work. I was trying to video and hold Molly – and keep her quiet – at the same time… But, at least I captured the moment.

You did a great job. You got it all, and it was easy to hear. She will be happy to have this on video.
I wonder what she is thinking right now? I hope she can put it all in perspective and not let being “bossed” around bother her!!!
